贵州牛组织镉污染与饲养环境的相关性研究

摘要: 目的:通过设立研究点的方法,研究了贵州地区不同污染水平下牛组织中镉的含量和与饲养环境的相关性。结果:①贵州牛的组织Cd的污染情况较严重,在不同污染水平条件下养殖的牛的肾脏和肝脏,Cd的平均含量均超过国家肉类制品卫生限量标准。②贵州在表介质具有高Cd含量的背景分布特征,三个研究区内土壤中Cd的含量均超过我国《土壤环境质量标准》中三级土壤的最高限量值。在中度污染区和污染区牛饲料都存在着Cd的污染,尤其是污染区,其饲料中镉的含量严重超过国家限量标准。③牛组织镉元素含量与饲养环境中的土壤、饲料和饮用水源镉含量和污染程度密切相关,其相关系数r>0.92。结论:贵州的高镉地质背景,以及饲养环境和饲料镉污染是牛组织中镉的含量高的重要因素。应从牛肉产品安全生产的各个环节,加强饲养环境质量管理和污染控制技术的研究,减少污染物从家畜饲养环境向家畜体内的迁移和蓄积。

Abstract: Purpose: Using a set up research area method, to study the concentration of cadmium (Cd) in cattle tissues samples under different pollution level area in Guizhou province, and the correlativity with the rear environment. Results: ① The polluted state of Cd element pollution in cattle tissue was very serious. The Cd mean concentration in kidney and liver around the difference level area, all were over the limit quantity of meat product sanitation standard. ② Guizhou earth surface medium had high cadmium concentration distribution character. The Cd mean concentration in soil samples were over the highest the limit quantity of the Soil Environment Quality Standard Class Ⅲ, around research areas. In middling polluted area and polluted area, there were the pollution of cadmium element in cattle feed. Especially the polluted area, the Cd concentration in cattle feed was 13.16 times of the limit quantity value of the standard. ③ The concentrations of cadmium element in cattle tissues were closely correlated to those in soil, feed and water to drink, especially kidney tissues, the correlation coefficients r > 0.92. Conclusion: The high cadmium concentration distribution character in Guizhou, and the Cd polluted of rear environment and cattle feed, are the important causes of high content of Cd in cattle tissues. It is ought begin our work with every link of the safety produce of beef products, to strengthen the study about rear environment quality management and pollution control technique, to control the transfer and accumulation of Cd from the rear environment to domestic body.
