粒毛盘菌培养条件及其产色素条件初步研究

Pilot Study on Culture Conditions of Lachnum and Its Producing Pigment Conditions

摘要: 选择成熟的盘菌子实体进行组织分离,获得25株纯培养物。对其中的L.brasiliense84-2、L.sclerotii88-2、L.singerianum95-1培养条件进行初步研究,结果表明,这三株菌株生长的最适条件为:马铃薯250g/L,葡萄糖20g/L,蛋白胨5g/L,维生素B10.01g/L,25℃,pH5.5;对L.brasiliense84-2产色素条件进行研究,结果表明其产色素的最适条件为:马铃薯250g/L,NaHCO320g/L,KNO35g/L,甘氨酸0.01g/L,pH7.0。

Abstract: Tissue isolation performed on discomycetes specimens, 25 filament products were obtained. Culture conditions of L.brasiliense 84-2, L.sclerotii 88-2 and L.singerianum 95-1 were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the growth of strains were potato 250 g/L, glucose 20 g/L, VB1 0.01 g/L, 25 ℃ and pH 5.5. The optimum conditions for producing pigment of L.brasiliense 84-2 were obtained as follows: potato 250 g/L, NaHCO3 20 g/L, KNO3 5 g/L, glycin 0.01 g/L and pH 7.0.
