枸杞、人参、天麻、银杏叶耐缺氧效应的比较研究

摘要:  以枸杞、人参、银杏叶和天麻水提取液不同剂量分别饲喂小白鼠14天,进行密闭缺氧实验。结果表明它们均延长了小白鼠存活时间,其中枸杞(10g/kg)延长67.3%,天麻(1.5g/kg),延长了30.5%,人参(0.5g/kg)延长27.9O,银杏叶(0.5g/kg)延长10.1%。比较各最佳剂量组中小鼠血红蛋白浓度。MDA含量和GPT活性的变化,结果显示4种水提液可以不同程度地缓解缺氧对机体的损害,这对于研究高原耐缺氧功能新食品有一定意义。

Abstract:  The rats were fed theabsreact fluid of Lycii bararum, Ginsen, ginkgo leaf and Gastrodia Elata Blume (GEB)for 14 days and then their ability of hyproxia tolerance were examined the results are as follows They can prolong the time of survival .The time is prolonged that Lycii bararum (10g/kg)67.3%,GEB(1 .5g/kg)30.5%,Gimseng (0. 5g/kg)27.9%and ginkgo leaf(0.5g/kg) 10. 1% Compare with the contents of hemoglobin, MDA and the GPT acticity among the groups ofthe optimum dose,theresults showthat the four abstract fluids can enhance the abilty ofhyproxia lolerance
