摘要: 采用 D-甘露糖标准溶液为参比溶液,采用分光光度法,分别测定咖啡渣水解稀释液和 D-甘露糖标准溶液,在各种同等条件下的吸光度,以选择最佳浓缩工艺条件。

Abstract:  By using standard pure mannose as the reference solution,the author assayed by spectrophoto- metry,the influence of color with bydrolysis solution of coffee dreps and mannose solution under different conditions and optimal concentration technology was obtained.
