天山花楸全株化学成分定性研究

摘要:

本实验采用水提取法、醇提取法和石油醚提取法对天山花楸全株的化学成分进行了比较全面的定性研究。结果表明:天山花楸根、茎、叶和果实中均含有多种化学成分,包括:氨基酸、蛋白质、糖类、酚类、有机酸、黄酮、生物碱、强心苷、挥发油、甾类。

Abstract:

To obtain chemical constituents of whole Sorbus tianschanica L., the methods of water extraction, ethanol extraction and petroleum ether extraction were used. The results indicated that there are many kinds of chemical compositions in whole Sorbus tianschanica L, including amino acid, protein, carbohydrate, phenol, organic acid, flavonoid, alkaloid, cardiac glycosides, volatile oil and steroid.
