多管藻中新溴代酚的鉴定及其自由基清除活性

Structure Identification and DPPH Radical Scavenging Activity of A New Bromophenol from Polysiphonia urceolata

摘要:

应用正相硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20 柱色谱和反相HPLC 方法,从多管藻(Polysiphonia urceolata)中分离得到一个新化合物A,通过IR、MS、1D 和2D NMR 波谱技术鉴定为3- 溴-4-[3- 溴-4,5- 二羟基苄基]-5-(乙氧甲基)-1,2- 苯二酚。对化合物A 进行的生物活性测试显示:其有明显的清除DPPH 自由基活性,显示出较好的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:

Compound A, a new bromophenol, was isolated from red alga Polysiphonia urceolata using silica gel and Sephadex LH20 column chromatography and HPLC. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic techniques including UV, IR, MS, 1H and 13C NMR, and 2D NMR. Compound A was identified as 3-bromo-4-[3-bromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzyl] -5-(ethoxymethyl) benzene-1,2-diol and could effectively scavenge DPPH radical and exhibited good antioxidant activity.
