榆黄菇发酵全液多糖抗肿瘤活性研究

Antitumor Activity of Polysaccharide from Submerged Fermentation Liquid of Pleurotus cirtinopileatus

摘要:

液体发酵榆黄菇,从发酵全液中提取粗多糖,用0.2、0.4、0.8g/kg 3 个剂量的榆黄菇发酵全液多糖对荷S180 肉瘤小鼠进行灌胃给药,研究其体内抗肿瘤活性。结果发现,3 个剂量的榆黄菇发酵全液多糖对肿瘤的抑制率分别为9.62%、35.84% 和40.93%,同时能提高荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数。经过初步探索认为榆黄菇发酵全液多糖具有抗肿瘤活性。

Abstract:

Different doses (0.2, 0.4 and 0.8 g/kg bw) of crude polysaccharide extracted from submerged fermentation liquid Pleurotus cirtinopileatus was administered to S180 tumor-bearing mice by gavage to study its antitumor activity in vivo. The tumor inhibition rates by the three doses were 9.62%, 35.84% and 40.93%, respectively. Meanwhile, both the thymus index and the spleen index of S180 tumor-bearing mice were elevated. So we conclude that the polysaccharide from submerged fermentation liquid of Pleurotus cirtinopileatus has antitumor activity.
