纳米金修饰碳糊电极上沙丁胺醇的电化学研究

Gold Nanoparticles Modified Electrode for Electrochemical Determination of Salbutamol

摘要: 制备纳米金修饰碳糊电极,采用循环伏安法和方波伏安法研究沙丁胺醇(Sal)在修饰电极上的电化学行为。纳米金修饰碳糊电极与裸碳糊电极相比,显著提高Sal的氧化峰电流,氧化峰电位负移50mV,提高了测定Sal的灵敏度。实验表明:氧化峰电流与Sal浓度在0.471~64.2μmol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为0.15μmol/L(RSN=3)。对40.7μmol/L的Sal进行11次平行测定,RSD 1.7%。所建立的方法可用于血样和尿样中Sal含量的测定。

Abstract: A gold nanoparticle-modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) was prepared and used to determine salbutamol (Sal). The electrochemical behavior of Sal on the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetric and square wave voltammetry. An irreversible oxidation peak was observed with the modified CPE at 0.60 V (vs. SCE) and the electrochemical response of Sal was significantly enhanced compared with that obtained with a bare CPE. There was a good linear relationship between the anodic peak current and the concentration of Sal over the range of 0.471–64.2 μmol/L and a limit of detection of 0.15 μmol/L (RSN = 3) was achieved. The relative standard derivation was 1.7% for 11 repeated determination of 40.7 μmol/L Sal. This method can be used for the determination of Sal in blood and urine with good results.
