摘要: 短链脂肪酸(short chain fatty acid,SCFA)是一类碳原子数不超过6的脂肪酸,对人体健康具有重要的生理功能。SCFA作为肠道菌群的代谢产物,不仅可以维持肠道的健康,且越来越多的研究已经证实其具有维持大脑和骨骼功能、参与免疫调节、抗菌、抗肿瘤、缓解肥胖和糖尿病以及其他功能。本文就SCFA在体内的产生、吸收及其对机体的功能进行综述,为SCFA在营养学上的研究与应用提供理论参考。

Abstract: Short chain fatty acid (SCFA), a class of fatty acids with six or less carbon atoms, have important physiological functions for human health. As metabolites of the intestinal flora, SCFA can maintain intestinal health. Furthermore, accumulating research has proved that SCFA have many functions such as maintaining brain and bone functions, participating in regulating the immune response, antibacterial and antitumor activity, and alleviating obesity and diabetes. In this paper, recent literature on the production, absorption and functions of SCFA in the body are reviewed to provide a theoretical reference for the research and application of SCFA in nutrition.
