磁场处理对螺旋藻多糖生产影响的初步研究

摘要:  一定磁场强度下培养的螺旋藻生长加快,干物质积累增多,多糖含量较高,磁场处理使培养液电导率降低,NO3-—N含量增加,有利于细胞吸收和新陈代谢。

Abstract:  Zarouk- Media treated by special magentic field accelerated the growth of spirulina platensis increased lhe accumulation of dry matter and biosynthesis of polysaccharide. Media treated by magnetic field was advantageous to cell absorption and metablism because electric conductivity reduced and NO3 - - N content increased.
