摘要: 对黑甜玉米的营养成分进行了测定与分析,全面评价了黑甜玉米的营养价值和保健功能,并针对黑甜玉米的营养特点及功能特性提出产品开发和综合利用的几种途径,黑甜玉米系列保健方便食品具有十分广阔的市场前景和经济效益。

Abstract: Comprehensively evaluated the nutrition value and health function of black sweet corn through assaying and analysing its nutritional constituents and suggested several ways of product development and integration comprehensive utilization according to its nutrition peculiarities The propect would be a wider market and better profit for a series of health convenience foods of black sweet corn.
