摘要:  定量结构-活性相关(QSAR)从研究化合物的分子结构入手,运用适当的描述符,建立起结构和生物活性之间的定量关系。本文概述了QSRA方法的基本原理、研究方法及其在食品研究中的应用前景。

Abstract:  QSAR is a method to obtain quantitative equations between activity of chemicals and their suructure,which were presented with certain descriptors.In this review,the basic principle,research methods and applications in food research of QSAR were introduced.
