摘要: 本文研究了苯甲酸的紫外分光光度法,实验证明:样品中苯甲酸的最小检出量为0.0012mg/ml,回收率达97%。该方法灵敏、快速、准确。

Abstract: A Ultraviolet Spectrophotometric determination of the food additive of benzoic acid is studies.The result showsthat the detection limit of benzoic acid in samples is 0.0012mg/ml and the recollery of benzoic acid in samples is about 97%.This method is sensitivity,rapid and accurate.
