大豆异黄酮提取纯化及其抗衰老作用初探

摘要: 以大豆粉为原料,探讨大豆异黄酮提取纯化效果,并探讨了纯度10%的大豆异黄酮原粉对小鼠衰老指标的影响。结果表明,60%乙醇、物料比1:5,60℃水浴提取大豆粉4h,可得纯度1.61%的大豆异黄酮粗提物,粗提物经水解与大孔树脂层析分离可获得纯度约为10%的大豆异黄酮原粉;大豆异黄酮原粉可显著降低衰老小鼠全血过氧化脂质含量,提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,并显著提高皮肤羟脯氨酸含量。显示大豆异黄酮具有一定的抗衰老作用。

Abstract: Extraction and purification of isoflavones from soybean powder were studied, and the effects of soybean isoflavones(10%purity) on senility of mice were analyzed too. The results showed that the isoflavones of 1.6% purity were obtained withthe conditions of solvent (60% enthanol) to soybean weight at 1:5 and 1 hour for immersion at 60℃, and the isoflavones of10% purity could be obtained by hydrolyzing the pre-extraction at acidity condition for 3 hours and separated throughmacropore resin columm. The results also showed that the skin hydroxyperoline contents of mice which been fed on isoflavonesfor 45 days increased at 0.05 level higher than the contrast, while the blood peroxide lipid contents of mice fed on isoflavonesfor 30 days decreased at 0.05 level lower.
