摘要: 银杏多糖是一类具有重要生理和药理活性作用的功能活性成分,是目前研究的热点之一。本文对银杏多糖的提取、分离纯化、定性定量分析、活性研究和临床应用等最新进展进行综述,并指出存在问题和今后研究的主要方向。

Abstract: Polysaccharides from Ginkgo biloba L are a kind of functional active components which have important physiologicaland pharmacological activities, and turn into one of research focuses. The latest research progress on extraction, separation andpurification, qualitative and quantitative analysis, activities research and clinic applications of polysaccharides from Ginkgo bilobaL has been summarized. The problems at present and the research direction for the future on polysaccharides from Ginkgo bilobaL have been put forward.
