摘要: 本文研究了在硫酸介质中,碘酸根氧化铬黑T使其褪色的最佳条件,建立了测定微量碘的新方法。通过实验,测得最大吸收波长为510nm,碘测定碘的线性范围为0~1.0mg/L。本方法的相对标准偏差为0.24%~0.28%;回收率为98.7%~103.6%。用于测定食盐中微量碘,结果令人满意。

Abstract: A new method has been developed for determination of the trace iodine by oxidation-decoloration with Eriochrome black T. The color system had a maximum absorption at 510nm in the medium of sulfuric acid. Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0~1.0mg/L of iodine. The relative standard deviation was in the range of 0.24%~0.28%. The recovery was 98.7%~ 103.6%. The method could be used for determination of the trace iodine in salts.
