燕麦β-葡聚糖对糖尿病大鼠的血糖及糖代谢功能的影响研究

摘要: 目的:燕麦β-葡聚糖对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病大鼠的血糖调节作用观察及其对大鼠糖代谢功能的影响。方法:大鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶造糖尿病模型后灌喂燕麦β-葡聚糖,剂量200mg/kgbw,连续14d,测定灌喂前后大鼠血糖、血脂含量,血液流变学性能、肝、肾组织形态学差异和糖原分布情况。结论:燕麦β-葡聚糖对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病大鼠血糖有显著调节作用,同时其可通过降低血清血脂含量、改善血液流变学性能、修复肝、肾病变组织及降低肝糖原分解来提高大鼠的糖代谢功能。

Abstract: Objective: The objective is to study the effect of Oat Glucan on hypoglycemic and blood glucose metabolism in diabetic rats. Methods: The diabetic rats induced by alloxan were given Oatβ-Glucan(200mg/kgbw) for 14 days and then the serum glucose, blood lipid, rheology ability of blood were determined. The morphologic of liver, kidney and hepatin were observation. Conclusion: To the diabetic rats, Oatβ-Glucan can adjust significantly the blood sugar(p<0.01)and can improve the ability of glucose metabolism by debasing serum lipid, improving the rheology ability of blood, restoring the function of liver and kidney,a cceleratingt hes ynthesis ofh epatin.
