腊梅花提取物抗氧化作用研究

摘要: 利用比色法、化学发光法,研究了腊梅花提取物体在体外对O2•,•OH,DPPH•活性氧自由基的清除作用。实验结果表明腊梅花提取物对O2•,•OH,DPPH•自由基均有明显的清除作用,其50%抑制浓度(IC50)分别为147.25,47.71,25.90μg/ml。

Abstract: The effects of the extract of Chimonanthus praecox flower on removal of active oxygen species in some modified chemical systems were investigated by chemiluminescence and spectrophotometry. The results showed that the extract could efficiently remove O2•OH, DPPH• and the 50% inhibition concentration (IC50) were 147.25, 47.71, 25.90μg/ml, respectively.
