葫芦素B对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用

摘要: 目的:探讨葫芦素B(CucurbitacinB)对小鼠和大鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:利用四氯化碳诱导小鼠和大鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测血清中GPT、GOT、ALP、TP、TBIL的含量,观察肝组织病理学改变。结果:各剂量组均可降低血清中GPT、GOT、ALP、TBIL的含量。结论:葫芦素B对CCL4所造成的肝损伤有一定的保护作用。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the protective effects of Cucurbitacin B on the liver injery in mice and rats. Methods: The model of acute liver injury in mice and rats were induced by CCL4, the content of GPT, GOT, ALP, TP, TBIL in serum were measured.The change of liver histopathology were observed.Results each group can reduce the content of GPT, GOT, ALP, TBIL in serum. Conclusion: Cucurbitacin B has the protective effects on the liver injury induced by CCL4.
