摘要: 本文介绍了胶原蛋白的结构,综述了胶原蛋白生物活性肽的多种生物活性,包括抑制血管紧张素转换酶、抗氧化、抑制血小板凝结和抗肿瘤活性等,并对胶原蛋白生物活性肽的开发应用前景作了展望。

Abstract: The structure of collagen was introduced and biology active of collagen peptides, include Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibition, antioxidation, anti-platelet clotting and anticancer etc. were summarized in this article. The exploiting potential foreground of collagen active peptides was prospected.
