摘要:  将悬浮液进样技术应用于火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定了藕粉中的钙、铁含量。将藕粉悬浮于琼脂胶体中制成悬浮液,直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰,用标准加入法测定钙和铁的加入回收率分别为97%~106%、92%~101%,相对标准偏差≤3.4%,方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract: In this article, the suspension sampling technique applied to flame atomic absorption spectrometry was successfully used to determine calcium, iron in lotus root flour.The flour was suspended in agarsol and made into suspension.Choice of suspension agent and elimination of interference were studied.The test solution was injected into air-acetylene flame to deter- mine calcium and iron by standard addition method.This method is convenient rapid and accurate.
