分枝石蕊有效成分分析

摘要: 分枝石蕊属于地衣植物中的石蕊科石蕊属的地衣植物,松萝酸是其主要成分之一。据实验证明,松萝酸易溶于氯仿及丙酮,且在地衣显色反应中,松萝酸与KOH反应显黄色;与KOH和NaC1混合液反应显深黄色。松萝酸在丙酮溶液中是黄色斜方棱柱结晶,在甲醇溶剂中呈黄色针状结晶,在乙醇溶剂中呈黄色针状结晶,用笨-乙醇(1:1)混合溶剂可将从甲醇及乙醇溶剂中提取出的粗品进行纯化,并得到松萝酸精品。本实验通过测定分枝石蕊中的有效成分,为今后该类植物的开发应用提供一定的科学依据。

Abstract: Cladonia furcata is Cladonia furcata genus Cladonia furcata section’s lichen in lichens plants, Usnic acid is one of its main ingredients. Based on the experimental evidence, Usnic acid soluble in chloroform and acetone, and Usnic acid with KOH react show yellow in Lichens’s color reaction; Usnic acid add the mixture of KOH and NaCl react show dark-yellow. Usnic acid show yellow oblique prism crystallization in the acetone liquors, and in the methanol solvent show yellow needle crystallization, and in the ethanol solvent show yellow needle crystallization. Using the benzene-ethanol mixtures (l:1) can make the compound is extracted from the Methanol and ethano, and can obtain pure crystallization of usnic acid. By measuring the active ingredients of Cladonia furcata, we can know that such plants for the future of application development will provide a scientific basis.
