摘要: 介绍了近红外光谱分析技术的基本原理、分析过程及特点,探讨了几种常见的近红外光谱分析方法,阐述了国内外近红外技术在茶叶上的研究现状,指出了近红外光谱技术在茶叶检测上的广阔应用前景。

Abstract: The analytical process, characteristics and principles of Near-infrared spectroscopy are introduced briefly. Several effective analysis methods of NIRS are discussed. The foreign and domestic survey of the recent researches on tea was expatiated. The future research trends were presented and analyzed.
