高聚物萃取光度法测定海带中碘含量的研究

摘要: 碱熔法使海带中的碘以I-形式存在于溶液中,酸性条件下用NaNO2氧化为I2,在无机盐存在下,用聚乙二醇4000水溶液将碘萃取至有机相,以孔雀石绿作显色剂,在波长为470nm时,利用分光光度法测定碘的含量。碘含量在8.0~65mg/L范围内符合朗伯比尔定律,方法的回收率为86.6%~112%。

Abstract: I- was obtained from the kelp by alkali fusiou and then oxidized by NaNO2 in acidic solution. I2 could be extracted by polyethylene glycol -4000 in inorganic salts water solution. Iodine was coupled with malachite green and produced a blue complex. The Iodine was determined by spectrophotometry. The linear range for determination of Iodine is 8.0~65μg/ml. The recovery was 87% ~112%.
