摘要: 以D-木糖为标准,DNS为显色剂,采用分光光度法间接测定椰壳中木聚糖的含量。结果表明:在490nm处有最大吸收峰,测定重现性好,相对误差小,标准回收率高,该法操作简便,效果好。

Abstract: Using D-xylose as standard and DNS as color developing reagent, the content of xylose in coconut shell was indirectly determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength is 490 nm with the good recurrences, and high recovery, and the relative error is small. This method is simple in operation with good result.
