水中痕量镉的化学发光测定法

Determination of Trace Amount of Cd (Ⅱ) in Water by Chemiluminesce Assay

摘要: 本研究采用静态注射化学发光法,研究了Cd(II)对鲁米诺-Co(II)-H2O2发光体系的抑制现象,据此建立了Cd(II)的抑制化学发光测定法并应用于水中痕量隔的测定。研究结果表明,Co(II)对鲁米诺-H2O2体系的发光强度有明显增强作用,而Cd(II)对鲁米诺-Co(II)-H2O2体系的发光强度有抑制作用。进一步的研究表明在实验选定的最佳条件下,在Cd(II)浓度为1.0×10-7~5.0×10-6g/ml范围内,Cd(II)对鲁米诺-Co(II)-H2O2体系发光强度的抑制作用与Cd(II)浓度呈现较好的线性关系,检出限为3.2×10-8g/ml。该方法用于实际水样中Cd(II)的测定,结果令人满意。同时,对本反应做了进一步研究,提出了可能的反应机理。

Abstract: Inhibitory function of luminol-Co(II)-H2O2 chemiluminescence by Cd(II) was studied in this research using static- state-injection chemiluminescence, and it was applied to determine Cd(II) in water. The results indicated that Co(II) enhanced the chemiluminescence intensity of luminol-H2O2 , while Cd(II) restrained the chemiluminescence intensity of luminol-Co(II)- H2O2. Further research indicated that the restraint of luminol-Co(Ⅱ)-H2O2 chemiluminescence by Cd(II) had a relationship with the concentration of Cd(II) in water. The linear range is 1.0 × 10-7~5.0 × 10-6 g/ml. The limit of detection is 3.2 × 10-8 g/ml. The method was applied to the determination of Cd(II) in water and satisfactory result was obtained. Meanwhile, the possible reaction mechanism was put forward based on the further study.
