决明子中蒽醌类成分超声波提取的研究

Study on Extraction of Anthraqinones from Cassia tora L with Ultrasonic Assistance

摘要: 通过正交试验设计,研究决明子中蒽醌类成分的超声波提取的最佳工艺条件,研究结果表明:原料按料液比为1:10,在体积分数为85%的乙醇中浸润10h后,超声波提取25min,在此提取条件下,决明子中总蒽醌、游离蒽醌的质量分数分别达16.49mg/g和25.39mg/g,明显优于常规煎煮法和乙醇回流提取法。

Abstract: The optimum extracting conditions of anthraqinones from Cassia tora L with the aid of ultrasonics were studied with the orthogonal test design.The results showed that when dousing the dried Cassia tora L powder with 85% ethanol(1 g in 10 ml)for 10 h,and with the aid of ultrasonic treatment for 25 min,the average extraction rate of total anthraqinone and free anthraqinone could reach 16.49 mg/g and 25.39 mg/g respectively.The ultrasonic assistant extraction method was superior over the traditional decocting method and the ethanol refluxing method.
