茶树花多酚儿茶素单体分离纯化研究

摘要: 茶树花多酚样品先经葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析预分离,脱除咖啡碱等杂质,并将儿茶素分为八个流分,再用硅胶柱分离纯化,得到四种儿茶素的单体化合物。HPLC测定四种单体儿茶素化合物的纯度,EC纯度98.9%、ECG纯度96.8%、EGCG纯度98.6%、GCG纯度97.1%。

Abstract: Tea plant[Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Kuntze] flower polyphenols were fractionated by Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography to obtain eight fractions mainly containing catechins which were taken off caffeine.The catechins fractions were separated and purified by silica column chromatography respectively to obtain four catechins monomers.Their purities were identified by HPLC methods.The purity of EC,ECG,EGCG,GCG was 98.9%,96.8%,98.6% and 97.1% respectively.
