二氢杨梅素抗氧化功能的研究

Study on Antioxidant Activities of Dihydromyricetin

摘要: 采用氮蓝四唑(NBT)光化还原法、抗坏血酸-Cu2+-H2O2体系法和亚油酸体系法,研究了从显齿蛇葡萄茎叶中提取的黄酮类化合物二氢杨梅素的抗氧化活性。实验结果显示:二氢杨梅素对超氧自由基O2·,羟基自由基·OH和脂过氧自由基ROO·的清除率分别可达90.0%、83.9%和63.9%。该结果表明二氢杨梅素有较强的抗氧化能力。因此,二氢杨梅素作为天然的抗氧化剂具有良好的开发前景。

Abstract: Effects of removing the superoxide radical,hydroxyl radical and alkane radical with active matter extracts from Ampelopsis grossedentata which was mainly consisted of favone compound dihydromyricetin were determined by the method of NBT photoreduction,system of ascorbic acid-Cu2+-H2O2 and oxidation of linolin acid.The antioxidant activities of the flavonoids dihydromyricetin extracted from Ampelopsis grossedentata were studied.The scavenging capacity of superoxide radical(O2·),hydroxyl radical(·OH)and alkane radical(ROO·)for dihydromyricetin was 90.0%,83.9%,63.9% respectively.
