蚕蛹蛋白对小鼠免疫作用的研究

摘要: 目的:研究蚕蛹蛋白对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:测定蚕蛹蛋白对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖、巨噬细胞吞噬活力及溶血素生成的影响。结果:蚕蛹蛋白明显增强B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞的增殖,促进小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬活力和溶血素抗体生成。结论:蚕蛹蛋白明显增强小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能。

Abstract: Objective:To study the effects of protein in silkworm chrysalis on immunological function of mice.Methods:To determine macrophage phagocytosis,hemolysin antibody and cellproliferation of T and B lymphocytes.Result:Protein in silkworm chrysalis can raise macrophage phagocytosis,hemolysin antibody and cellproliferation of T and B in mice significantly.Conclusion:Protein in silkworm chrysalis can increased cellular and humoral immunity in mice evidently.
