涂钽石墨管-石墨炉原子吸收法测定食品中铝含量

Determination of Aluminum in Food with Tantalum-coated Graphite Tube-Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要: 样品经湿法消解后,在基体改进剂作用下,采用涂钽石墨管、塞曼校正石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铝含量。结果表明,铝含量在0~50μg/L范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9996,检出限为0.27pg,加标回收率为98.6%~100.5%,相对标准偏差为2.98%。标准样品测定结果符合要求。该方法快速、灵敏、准确、精密度较好,适用于食品中铝的测定。

Abstract: Aluminum in the wet-digested food was determined by tantalum-coated graphite tube-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with matrix modifier.Results showed that the linear range is between 0 and 50 μg/L with r =0.9996,RSD of 2.98% and recovery rate of 98.6% to 100.5%.The detection limit of the method is 0.27 pg.The sample analysis results measure up.This method is simple,rapid and accurate with satisfactory results.
