摘要: 文章综述国内外药用真菌多糖的研究进展,主要介绍药用真菌多糖的化学组成、多级结构、构效关系、检测方法及生理功能,并提出今后的研究方向。

Abstract: The domestic and overseas research progresse of medicinal fungi polysaccharides were summarized in this paper. The chemical composition,hierarchical structure,structure-activity relationship,detection method and physiological function of medicinal fungi polysaccharides were introduced and the future research direction was proposed.
