石墨炉原子吸收直接测定蜂蜜中铅

摘要: 无需消化石,墨炉原子吸收直接测定蜂蜜中的铅,研究了仪器条件、基体改进剂等对测定的影响。结果表明,铅的检测限为0.65μg/L;相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~9.5%;回收率为96.8%~109.0%。与国标法相比,本法具有操作简单、高效的优点。

Abstract: No digestion and direct determination of lead in honey by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy (GF-AAS). The influence of instrument parameters and chemical modifiers were investigated.The detection limit of the lead is 0.65μg/L; The relative standard deviations is 1.4%~9.5%. The recovery is in the rage of 96.8%~109.0%. This method has advantages of simple operation and high efficiency was compared with national standard testing method.
