毛竹叶多糖抗疲劳作用研究

Study on Anti-fatigue Effect of Polysaccharide from Moso Bamboo Leaves

摘要: 研究毛竹叶多糖(polysaccharidefrommosobambooleaves,PMBL)的抗疲劳活性。将小鼠分为PMBL高、中、低3个剂量组和正常对照组,分别灌胃200、400、600mg/kgbwPMBL和0.9%生理盐水,10d后记录小白鼠负重游泳时间,采血分离血清及取组织样,试剂盒测定血尿素氮(BUN)含量、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力以及肝糖元、肌糖元含量等与疲劳有关的生化指标。实验结果表明:PMBL能延长小白鼠的游泳时间,降低了运动后血尿素氮(BUN)的增量,提高了血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力,显著增加了肌糖元和肝糖元的储备量。结论:PMBL具有良好的抗疲劳生理活性。

Abstract: Anti-fatigue effect of polysaccharide from moso bamboo leaves were observed in the research. Mices were randomly divided into group of low-dose of PMBL, group of middle-dose of PMBL, group of high-dose of PMBL (stomach irritation with 200, 400, 600 mg/kg bw PMBL respectively) and normal group( stomach irritation with saline only). After 10 days, recording loaded swimming time of mice, determineing activity of lactic dehydrogenase, liver glycogen, muscle glycogen and blood urea nitrogen by kit. Results showed that a certain dose of PMBL could extend swimming time, decrease the content of blood urea nitrogen, increase the activity of lactic dehydrogenases, obviously increase reservation of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen. conclusion polysaccharide from moso bamboo leaves has good effect on anti-fatigue.
