枳椇醋解酒护肝、减肥降脂作用研究

Hepatoprotective, Weight-Reducing and Hypolipidemic Effects of Hovenia dulcis Thunb. Fruit Vinegar

摘要: 为研究枳椇果柄酿制的枳椇果醋解酒护肝、减肥降脂的功能特性。以20只小鼠随机分成2组,模型组和枳椇醋组。模型组、枳椇醋组每天先分别灌胃0.1mL的生理盐水、0.1mL枳椇醋,30min后再各灌胃0.15mL的52%配制酒,30d连续酒精灌胃后取小鼠肝脏制成10%的匀浆,测定小鼠肝脏中的还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活力,并对肝脏病变情况观察;另以50只小鼠随机分为5组,即正常组、肥胖模型组、枳椇醋减肥实验组、高血脂模型组、枳椇醋降血脂实验组,每组10只。小鼠喂养30d后,测定体质量、脂肪含量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量。结果表明:枳椇醋能够提高小鼠肝脏中GSH含量和ADH活力,降低MDA含量,可显著缓解连续灌酒引起的肝脏脂肪变性和肝细胞肿大等症状,具有解酒护肝作用。枳椇醋对小鼠的体质量增长和脂肪组织的生成有一定的抑制作用,具有减肥功效;食用枳椇醋可预防动脉硬化,降低血清中的血脂含量,具有降血脂作用。

Abstract: In order to explore the anti-alcoholic, hepatoprotective, weight-reducing and hypolipidemic effects of Hovenia dulcis Thunb. fruit vinegar, 20 mice were divided randomly into 2 groups: model and treatment groups, which were given 0.15 mL of 52% aqueous alcohol solution 30 min after daily intragastric administration of normal saline and the fruit vinegar at the dose of 0.1 mL, respectively. After 30 days of administration, the mice were killed and their livers were collected and prepared into 10% homogenate for the determination of the contents of GSH and MDA and ADH activity and pathological observation. In addition, another 50 mice were divided randomly into 5 groups of 10 mice each: normal control group, obesity model control group, weight-reducing group treated with Hovenia dulcis Thunb. fruit vinegar, and hyperlipemia model control group and blood lipid-reducing group treated with Hovenia dulcis Thunb. fruit vinegar. The body weight, fat coefficient and serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) of the mice were determined after 30 days of administration. Hovenia dulcis Thunb. fruit vinegar could increase GSH content, improve ADH activity and decrease MDA content in the liver of mice. Meanwhile, Hovenia dulcis Thunb. fruit vinegar could markedly reduce the denaturation of mouse blood lipid, and attenuate the hepatomegaly caused by chronic alcoholism. Moreover, Hovenia dulcis Thunb. fruit vinegar could inhibit the increase of body weight and fat content to realize the weight-reducing function. Furthermore, the fruit vinegar could also prevent arteriosclerosis through reducing blood lipid.
