摘要: 本文讨论了现代分析中肉类食品激素残留检测的萃取分离和检测技术,综述了这些方法的原理及其应用,探讨了肉类食品激素残留检测的萃取分离和检测技术的发展方向。

Abstract: The technique of extraction and determination of hormone residues in meat products in modern analysis was dissertated in this paper. Principles and applications of methods used in the extraction and determination were summarized, based on which the developmental direction were discussed.
