大豆皂甙对肝癌H22小鼠的抗肿瘤研究(英文)

摘要: 以肝癌H22荷瘤小鼠为模型,观察大豆皂甙级分SSⅡ对H22抑瘤率、细胞免疫以及抗氧化水平的影响。结果表明,大豆皂甙能显著抑制移植性肿瘤H22的生长,同时能显著提高迟发型超敏反应强度,促进T淋巴细胞增殖和NK细胞活性。抑制H22生长的同时能降低荷瘤小鼠肝中MDA含量,升高SOD活性。大豆皂甙增强H22荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能和提高机体抗氧化能力是其抑制肿瘤效应的机制。

Abstract: Using hepatocarcinoma H22 tumor-bearing mice as model, the inhihifion effect of soyasaponin fraction (SSⅡ) on hepatocarcinoma H22 mice was observed at dosages of 10, 20 and 30mg/kg/day by systematically studying the H22 tumor inhibition rate, cellular immunity and antioxidant level. In this study, SSⅡinhibited the growth of transplanted hepatocarcinoma H22, increased the DTH response, promoted the proliferation of T lymphocyte and NK cell activity significantly, improved the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and decreased the malondialdehyde (MDA) content significantly. The mechanism of SSⅡ about antitumor inhibition might be the enhancing of the cellular immune function and the improving of the antioxidant capability in H22 tumor-bearing mice.
