食用菌提取物对糖尿病小鼠血液和肾脏的抗氧化作用研究

摘要: 本实验主要研究了大球盖菇、金顶侧耳、柳松菇三种食用菌的醇提物和水提物对糖尿病小鼠血液和肾脏的抗氧化指标影响。结果显示食用菌提取物对糖尿病小鼠血液和肾脏的SOD、GSH、GSH-Px、TAOC、MDA、CAT等抗氧化指标均有所改善,特别对降低糖尿病小鼠肾的MDA含量和提高糖尿病小鼠血液的GSH-Px活性效果非常明显。水提多糖的抗氧化效果要优于醇提物。

Abstract: This study was designed to evaluate the antioxidant effect of alcohol and water extracts from Stropharia rugosoannulata,Pleurotus citrinopileatus,Agrocybe aegerita on diabetic mice blood and kidney repectively.The results showed that anti-oxidation indicators such as SOD,GSH,GSH-Px,TAOC,MDA and CAT etc of diabetic mice blood and kidney are all improved by the extracts,especially the effect of lowering the content of MDA of kidney and increasing the activity GSH-Px of blood.The anti-oxidation capacities of water extracts are better than those of alcohol extracts.
