摘要: 在0.025mol/L醋酸-0.025mol/L醋酸钠缓冲介质中加入EDTA(ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid),以差示脉冲阳极溶出伏安法测定蔬菜中的铊。铊浓度在5.0×10-4~1.0×10-1mg/L范围有良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-4mg/L,回收率为97.0%~104%。对部分蔬菜的测定结果表明,铊污染土壤上种植蔬菜中铊含量显著高于空白土壤上种植的蔬菜。

Abstract: The determination of thallium in vegetables by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry with 0.025mol/L NaAc-0.025HAc buffer solution with EDTA was studied. The contents of thallium in the range of 5.0×10-4~1.0×10-1mg/L has a good linear relationship and the detection limit is 1.0×10-4mg/L. Using the method to determine some vegetables, the results showed that the thallium contents of vegetables in thallium pollution soil is apparently higher than that in blane soil.
