酯交换植物油中甾醇含量快速测定方法的建立

Determination of Pigments in Fruit Hard Candy by Polymer Extraction and Spectrophotometry

摘要: 建立简单、快速测定酯交换植物油中高含量的植物甾醇的方法。对紫外比色法分析酯交换植物油中的植物甾醇含量进行研究,通过单因素与正交试验,确定最佳的测量条件为显色剂用量2mL、显色剂组成(铁矾储备液:浓硫酸)比例2:8、显色时间30min、显色温度20℃。测定结果与气相色谱法结果相比,相对误差平均偏高2.95%,校正后测定结果的相对误差为0.49%。本方法可用于酯交换植物油中甾醇的定量分析,操作简单、具有良好的准确性和实用性。

Abstract: Based on the fact that aqueous solution of water-soluble polymers can be separated into two phases upon addition of inorganic salt, pigments in fruit hard candy were transferred into the polymer phase, resulting in reduced interference, and quantitatively determined by single-wavelength or dual-wavelength spectrometry. The results showed that the linear ranges of cochineal, lemon yellow, fancy red, sunset yellow, and bright blue were 0.2-30, 0.2-40, 0.2-35, 0.2-30, and 0.1-10μg/mL, respectively, with correlation coefficient (r2) of larger than 0.997. This method needs only simple equipment and is easy to use, and accurate.
