Isolation and Purification of Group B,Group E and DDMP-saponins from Soybean Hypocotyl

Abstract: Total glycosides were extracted from soybean hypocotyl.The Group B saponin Ba and Bb,Group E saponin Bd and Be and DDMP saponin αg and βg were isolated and purified by C18 column chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The purity of isolate was detected with thin layer chromatogragh(TLC) and HPLC,the structure was confirmed with infrared(IR) spectra,mass spectra(MS)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectra.
