Effect of Different Package Material on Keeping Quality of Agaricus bisporus

Abstract: Agaricus bisporus were used in this study. Agaricus bisporus were stored at (3±1)℃ packaged by different thickness PE and PVC material.By investigating main index such as weight loss, RI and PPO activity during the storage ,the conclusion was as following: through the total storage , Agaricus bisporus packaged by 9#、13#、6# material weight loss, RI,PPO activity observably lower than other materials,while sensory properties higher than other materials.
