Determination of Total Fiavonoids in Actinidia Arguta(Sieb.et Zucc) Planch by Double-wavelength Spectrophotometry

Abstract: In this paper, a double-wavelength spectrophotometry was applied to determine the total fiavonoids in Actinidia arguta(Sieb.et Zucc)Planch. The detective wavelength was 510 nm ,while the reference one was 584nm, the recovery was 98.63%. The result indicated the average total fiavonoids in Actinidia arguta (Sieb.et Zucc)Planch was 3.42%,the method was stable, reliable and accurate in the determining process.
