Research of Staphylococcus aureus in Raw Milk in Jin Hu Area

Abstract:  Staphylococcus aureus is one of the microbe which affect the quality of the raw milk.It can produce enterotoxin which can not be destroyed by the high temperature sterilization. Enterotoxin is harmful to the human body.The Staphylococcus aureus golden marked specificity single-clone test plate and the petrifilm staph express count plate were used in the research to verify altogether 84 raw milk samples collected from Tianjin and Shanghai.The results indicated that the microbial contamination condition in raw milk is unoptimistic.It proved the Staphylococcus aureus golden marked specificity monoclonal antibody test plate is a kind of fast,convenient and veracious examination product through the research.It is worth to popularize in raw milk market.
