Abstract: The optimum extracting conditions of flavones in Yunnan Docynia delavayi (Franch.) Schneid were investigated by single factor experiment with the orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that various methods have different effects on extraction rate of flavones. In the Soxhlet extraction, the extraction rate is high when n-butanol is used as solvent extracts. In the back-flow, 12:1 of 75% ethanol to Yunnan Docynia delavayi (Franch.)Schneid weight, extracted 2 times and 1.5h for each time are optimal. In the 60% ethanol ultrasonic extract, the extraction time 60min is optimal.
