Study on Active Constituents Arctium lappa L. Roots

Abstract: On the basis of perennial roots of Arctium lappa L. gathered from different regions in Xinjiang, their contents of amino acids, mineral elements, fat, flavonoids and polysaccharide were extracted and determined individually. The results showed that the contents of amino acids, mineral elements, fats, flavonoids and polysaccharides from the roots of Arctium lappa L. are all high except that there is only a little difference in the contents of mineral elements gathered from two different regions.
