Abstract: A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was reported for the quantitative determination of residues of three fluoroquinolones in broiler chicken tissues after a single oral administration (10mg/kg·d) were studied in this paper. The residua was extracted with phosphate buffer solution (PBS) and cleaned up by solid-phase extraction column C18 and determinnated by high perfomance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis. The samples were analyzed by a fluorescence detector (FLD) at excitation wavelength 278nm and emission wanelength 445nm. The minimal detection limits for the determination (μg/g) are 0.020 for ciprofloxacin, 0.025 for norfloxacin, and 0.025 for enrofloxacin.
