Abstract: The contents of trace elements Zn, Mg, Mn, Sr, Fe, Pb, Cu and Se in the corn collected from 10 provinces were studied by ICP-AES with high pressure nitrifying pot. This method is easy operational, rapid, highly sensitive, and accurate, and can determind many elements simultaneously. Its relative standard deviation is below 5%.
