Application of Risk Management in Inspection and Supervision of Imported Food

Abstract: This paper studied the risk of the inspection and supervision of imported food and its management. The method of risk management was established, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk disposal and risk supervision. It was helpful to ensure the safety of imported food and increase the efficiency of clearance so as to harmonize ’speed-up, burden relief, efficiency and strict supervision’.
