Abstract: To establish a flow injection chemiluminescence (CL) inhibition method for determination of Oligomeric Procyanidins in grape seeds.The flow line of the sample, CIO- was inserted into Luminol carrier solution.The mixed solution was led into the recorded. Oligomeric Procyanidins could inhibit the CL reaction of luminol-system in alkaline aqueous solution and the CL emission is inversely correlated with the Oligomeric Procyanidins concentration. The linear range is 0.008～19.0μg/ml with a detection limit of 0.005μg/ml and a relative standard deviation of 1.2%(n=11). The method is simple, rapid and can be used for determination of Oligomeric Procyanidins in grape seeds with a satisfactory result.
